One day Mohit got a call from Jhalak. She was crying on the phone. Mohit had no idea why she was crying. Tears were coming out from Jhalak’s eye but the warmth of her tear was felt by Mohit. Sorry friends, let me first tell you who are Mohit and Jhalak. They were both working in the same office in a metro city, and both loved each other, especially Mohit was very much serious about Jhalak. Ok now that day when he got the call, he was in a car with one of his friend and his wife. His friend didn’t know about his love story. They were coming from a temple. Anyhow on hearing Jhalak’s sad sound, he was not able to control his emotion, so he asked his driver to pull over the car.

He came out and then asked her, “What is the problem, why are you crying?” But she had not replied and kept on crying. After repeatedly asking, Jhalak told him that his younger brother who is in his native is not well. He is sick and she wants to go there and see him. Mohit asked her, that whether her brother is too serious? Jhalak told him that he is having Jaundice, and again started crying. Mohit tried to console her, but all his efforts were in vain. He asked her that what is the problem; she can book a ticket and go home? She told him that she wanted to go tomorrow only, but she is not getting the train tickets. Mohit told her that, now please stop crying, I will solve your problem and promise you that you will meet your brother in two days, but first you, please stop crying. On hearing this, she stopped crying.

Mohit then came to his home with his friends, asked them to take some rest, and without delay he took money and again went out and told his friends that he will be back in 2-3 hours. It was around 3:00 PM but without taking food or water, he boarded a bus to go to railway station. Actually, Jhalak knows that Mohit was having some good contacts, and it doesn’t matter how much rush is there in a train, he will manage to get confirm tickets through his contacts.

Mohit then, reached the railway station. He talked to his contacts, and after trying for around one hour, he got a confirmed ticket for day-after tomorrow’s train. He immediately called her Jhalak and gave her the good news. She was happy, but more than her Mohit was happy because he had solved her problem. He told her that tomorrow evening he will get the tickets.

Next day as Mohit was about to leave his home to get the tickets, he got a call from Jhalak, and she said that she also wanted to come with him. First he told her that don’t worry I will go and bring the tickets for you, but she didn’t agree. Then he went to her home, picked her up and they both went to get the tickets. Jhalak was too much happy, and it was on her face. She kept on talking about his brother and family. They took the ticket and came back. While coming back, they got down from the bus 1 km before Jhalak’s home because she wanted to walk to his home with Mohit.

Jhalak was that same girl who was talking too much while going to get the tickets, but now she was completely silent, like the traffic less road on which they were walking. Mohit sensed there was something wrong because this is not Jhalak’s nature to walk quietly. Mohit was about to ask her about, why she is so much silent but before that  Jhalak suddenly stopped on the middle of the road, hold Mohit’s hand and told him that for few days her feelings for him had changed & so she thinks that it’s time to move on. A silent tear rolled down from Mohit’s cheek. Without telling her anything he slowly put his hand in his pocket took out a folded note & passed on to her. At that very moment, a drunk driver came speeding towards them. Jhalak was alert, so she moved her body away from the vehicle but Mohit was in shock, so he didn’t get the time to react. Mohit died but miraculously, Jhalak survived. Remembering about the note, she pulled it out & read it. “I would die the day; you will stop loving me...
